What is the most cc's i can get out for my 250 Trail Boss??(244cc's)Also where can i get the work done??

 

You can bore the 250cc engine 3 times in .020 increments (a total of .060). Wiseco makes pistons in all sizes to accomodate your boring of your cylinder. Normal wear will be cleaned up with only a .020 bore. Most machine shops that do auto engine work will be able to do the job. Chaparral Racing carries the Wiseco piston at a GREAT price. Replace the wrist pin bearing also when you rebuild. I bought all my parts and bored the cylinder for $170.
