Does anyone know what generation Polaris is calling these last 2 years? Or are they getting away from that labeling? Thanks

 

The 05 model is XIIIII and the 06 model is XIIIIII, Just kidding, I was told by a dealer they don't refer to them as generation anymore.

 

Ahh, redmtn i love the way the camo looks on the '06's MMMMM BOY i miss my camo '04 .. If i somewhat dislike whatever Polaris comes with for '07 (lightweight SP) then im gonna go get me a left over '06 Camo 800... Anyway Later.

thats why you beware buying anything for gen 5 0r 6 because the 05,06 arent anything in the gen name.

 

I thought that this was true, just verifying an arguement with a POLARIS dealer parts guy.
