I really like the looks of the polaris Outlaw

From my experience with this bike it was nothing short of spectacular. It had the power and speed of a predator except when you hit a bump, it would absorb instead of buck you around like a pred would. As for the cons, haven't heard of any yet.

So far, from what I have heard, this quad is a good first effort, but still needs some work. It does have great ground clearance, but that advantage gets negated somewhat by weight and the fact that it doesn't handle as sharply as the solid rear axle quads. Of course, I have never actually had the chance to see one in operation, much less ride one. I am waiting to see if Polaris will update this model soon, or if someone else has something to trump it.

they have 2 of them sitting @ the dealer today....they have only sold about 2 since they came out....they sticker @ about $6800 which should mean you can get out the door for that if you push....

the only things ive heard is that the rear ends components are a little weak and are bending under harsh conditions, other than that, a fantastic quad. if you can restrain yourself for a few weeks, i would hold out and see what polaris is doing for the 2007 modle line, the KTM 525 motor is apparently making its entrance into the outlaw

For now my Outlaw has been solid. There is nothing in the rear that is weak or bending other then the sway bar mount. Mine broke, but it was a very brutal race. I've raced mine 3 times in XC. Got 3rd, then a 1st, and got 2nd last weekend. The only week points right now are the center link for the front steeering. If you hit something hard, it will bend. But mine is still good, but a steel one is in the make. The front radiator shrouds need spacers behind them as they will ware into the aluminum radiator. Get a needle fitting and grease all ball joints and tie rod ends which will help big time. The seat on some have come undone, but a cottor pin cures that. Other then those, the Outlaw has been solid for a first year quad. It's doing very well at the GNCC races. Once you get the feel of the irs, you can ride it just like a SRA. The more I ride it, the faster I get.
