Well, its back in the shop again, after having it out for 1 week. It overheated and blew out the coolant after riding for about 5 minutes around the yard. Dealor replaced the sensor on the motor and the radiator. Then figured out that the thermostat was not working properly. After replacing the thermostat, the water pump started leaking around the propellor shaft, so had to replace that seal. In the meantime they were trying to figure out why it felt like is was trying to go into 4-wheel drive and found that they are going to have to go into the front transfer case and replace parts there on both sides since both sides can be moved in any direction like the bearings are worn out. They've not gone into it yet. Since the middle of Feb., I've had the bike for 1 week, having to replace the battery during that time. Motor rebuild the first time due to bearings. $1700 the first time, don't know what it will be this time but luckily I have an extended warranty. If I can ever get it out long enough, I'm selling it. It should be about new by then.
Update!! It's the front axles that are worn out and at $250 apiece. Polaris at this time is saying they won't cover it. only 170 hrs on machine with a lot of that just on dirt roads.

If the 600's were never that good than the 700's were not either. The 600 and 700 are identical except for the cc of the motor. Out 600 has run great and its an 03 but the front diff keeps imploding.

My 2004 600 is still running great. I have done alot of mud riding with and have the usually problems with bearings and a the radiator fan and now the radiator needs a small hole plug. but all that stuff is from putting it through mud hole after mud hole. The engine is solid, the CVT is solid and the handling is great.
