Default Help.4wd not working

Ive got a 99 xplorer 400.My 4wd will not work in low range. It works in high and reverse. The neutral indicator light doesnt work.Ive replaced the tranny switch with a new one.The neutral light bulb is working.Ive got movement of my speedo needle and a new speed sensor.I cant tell if my awd light on the throttle switch is lighting up.Ive checked continuity between trans switch and the neutral light. There doesnt appear to be a broken wire anywhere.Im at my wits end and the local polaris dealers cant seem to help at all.Thought Id throw it out on the web and see if anyones had this happen to them. Not sure where to go from here but I dont want to take it in for repair at polaris.Any help appreciated.Thanks.

Default Help.4wd not working

are you positive that its not working in Low? the polaris AWD system requires that the rear tires move 15% further than the front wheels before the sensor kicks in and your front drive line is engauged. possibly the slow movement you havent gone fast enough or through enough slop to see if your front end kicks in. have you tried lifting the quad up off all 4 wheels, putting it in 4x4 and Low and seeing if your front end starts turning? if that dosnt work, im not sure on what to tell you. its very odd that it works in high but not low

i donno if this will make any difference in Low, but have you tried pressing and holding the Reverse/Overide yellow button with 4wheel drive engauged? maybe there is a short somewhere and it requires that to be pressed to give you the ok for 4x4.
