Torque specs for 89 tail boss

Does anybody know the torgue specs for the cylinder nuts and head nuts on an 89 250 Trailboss 2x4.

According to my aging Clymer manual, it is:
17 to 18 ft-lb head to cylinder
25 to 29 ft-lb cylinder to base
According to Clymer, this holds true to all the 2 cycles up to 95 anyway.

Thanks for the help. I found our original owners manual and it suggested 20 ft/lbs for the head but there was no listing for the cylinder. I couldn't get a torque wrench on the cylinder bolts anyway because the cooling fins are in the way.
