i just got my parts back from az bad boyz. dennis said to run a 280 main jet. sounded kinda big to me. i was woundering what kinda jetting set up you are running in your 250. thanks freightshaker.

 

280 sounds about right because of the porting, bigger carb and reed conversion.

 

I've got the Keihin 35 PWK but my carb is set up as follows
main jet--145
needle jet--40
#2 on jet needle
2 1/4 turns on air screw

my clutches are:
HPD ck2rm1 primary
s-53 wts.
red spring

secondary clutch:
Team TAS 99
70-60-33
blk/wht spring

final drive ratio:
11/42

this thing is a rocket !!
