Default Coolant replacement

I'm working on a project to add a temp sensor and I'm going to have to open the cooling system up and since I'm in there I'm going to tweak things a bit. Anyone have any sugestions as to which coolant will be the best for the bike all around. I just made the switch to ELC coolant in the Diesel truck and it's good for 600K in over the road trucks. I'll bust a Radiator hose before I need to change the coolant. I asked around and I was told to use coolant with no silicates. So that leaves me with about 4K to choose from. I was thinking about ELC since its good in in heavy service applications. I was also told to think aobut water wetter and distilled H2O. I'm not to keen on swaping coolant for summer and winter unless I ahve to.
