I have an 06 800 and the code 51 has to do with injector 1 . Its either Open load , short circuit to ground or short circuit to battery.

I cleaned up all of the grounds on the atv and added a extra ground from the coil to the frame and i still get a slight miss and a code 51, any other suggestions or ideas?

I just ordered a new coil and plug wires to see if this cures my problem. Any other suggestions to check or look at? I cleaned all of my grounds and fuses and added a ground strap to the coil and when it gets warmed up it starts to miss and i get a code 51 still, it only happens for a few seconds and goes away for a while and starts over.
