How much was the tranny upgrade kit? And what did it do or include?
The upgrade is 200.00, And I covered most of the bill Polaris covered some of it. Its worth it if you got a good mechanic.

Why??? I have had 3 quads now and never had reverse. I guess it would be nice, but you don't NEED it. Just have to be a better rider and avoid predicaments where you can't get yourself out [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Default Predator 500 reliability/longitivity?
What's the most hours/miles you've heard on a Predator? I'd really want it to last before a rebuild..I know the Fuji motor they use is very good though.

They do have mile/hour meters... right?

i have about 450 miles on mine. ive actually never heard of a predator needing a rebuild because of performance issues. just maintnance long down the road
