Hey Sean ... glad to hear you're having good service with Coastal. I'm not having "bad" service out of them per se, but I raised my chaffing fender issue to them over a month ago and still nothing on it. They say that Polaris isn't responding to the issue. Have to call them again today and find out what the heck is going on, and get a document # for their claim to Polaris .. that way I'm hopefully covered when the warranty expires.
