Have a 2006 800efi. When the thing is idling it sounds like a piece of junk because of all the plastic fenders and mudguards rattle. I only have about 30 hours on the motor. Does anyone else have this problem? Any remedies? Thanks.

Yeah, mine rattles a bit, but they all do. My Harley rattles when idling too, but I live with it because just like the Polaris, it evens right out when you, "Punch the throttle"!!!!

 

My 600 rattled a bit, but, I put Pieces of foam weatherstrip between the joints of the foot wells to fenders and it is gone.
