need advice on cracked cylinder 400L sport
#1
I just traded my sons 1984 Suzuki 125 today for a 1997 Polaris 400L Sport, but it has a cracked cylinder. I have no idea where to get one of these, preferably used. I guess you cant fix these? If anyone has any advice, Id appreciate it.

thanks for the advice, I think I will do that tomorrow. I hope it isnt hard to get the cylinder off, the kid we got it from said its cracked at the front main bolts but the top end is fine. I hope he was honest.

I can fix that cylinder - I charge $200 to do it .
I have repaired many and have NEVER had a failure on one I have fixed , I gusset them as well to insure that failure is highly unlikely .
Thanks for a chance to work with you .

you might consider yourself to get hpd head,or aaen and getting a girdle kit at rcr with the jug fix and that will never happen again, especially if you plan to do some more mods to it,better cooling effiency and stronger
cylinder unit,it doesn't cost too much and is a sure values..
