My pap is lookin for a quad.
He dont wanna shift, and he dont wanna have a hard steering experience. He aint a very agressive rider at all, and he goes slow. He enjoys having lots of power, but not a 700, or 800... Oh and also, he doesnt like small quad likes a hawkeye. Which polaris should my pap get? (it has to be utility with 4x4)

Well, from the information you've given us, he dosent want a 700, or 800. But he does want some serious power, and he dosent want anything small like a Hawkeye. My advise to you and you're pap would be to get a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFi.. It has plenty of power, the bugs will be worked out, and he wont have to shift any gears, etc.. I think its the machine for yall.
