Default Is this a fair price?

I'm selling my wifes 05 Sportsman 500 HO Camo. I have added front and rear bumpers. It is in perfect shape with no problems at all. Lady driven and never been mudding. under 650 miles. Is 5200 too much to ask? I'm thinking of ebay. Has anyone sold an atv on ebay before? Thanks for the help.

Look up the book value on it to help you get an idea. Also, see if any local dealers have anything similar in stock and see what they're asking for them. Sounds like a nice quad...

I just looked at the NADA. Its average retail is 5500. This atv is in PERFECT shape, so I think 5200. is fair. Thanks for your help.

kbb.com puts it more at $4800 but thats on the east coast ....west coast pays more for quads

my quad blue books for the same $$$ and I have the same miles....I would not sell mine for less than $4800...really would want more If possible

Sounds like a good starting point to me. They'll probably chisel you down to 5000 even. As far as selling on ebay goes do you have an account and feedback there already? If you don't you're probably going to have a hard time selling it there. Most people won't buy from someone unless their an established ebayer as in the higher their feedback the better off you are knowing their legit and truthful. Go to www.powersportsnetwork.com and place a free ad there. I've placed ads there before (just put in the ad text "pics can be e-mailed" that is if you got any handy on your puter). That way you don't get drawn into an ad that costs money because of it having pics. Since you have a camo one I think with hunting seasons around the corner you should sell it no problem. Brian
