Default oil changes after 50 Hours.....

I changed mine at 1 month and just at 50 hours now I changed it as well. I decieded to change all the fluids and found that the rear diff was very dirty, it seemed to have some small filings in the oil. Has anyone else seen this? Is it normal for a first change? Also what is up with the naming of the fluids. The books says to use hub fluid and front andgle drive fluid in the rear. I say this because I matched the part numbers correctly but the names on the fluids seem very misleading. Are those correct. Any help on my questions would be appreciated.
