I have a 1999 polaris sport 400 2 stroke and have A questions. First does any budy know If they make some kind of good aftermarket starter for the quad. I like the quad alot but it keeps eating up starters because of the stuiped location at the botom of the quad it gets wet alot. When i bough the quad the starter was dead so I bought a OEM one and instaled, worked fine for 2-3 mounths and **** out then I bought a aftermarker starter witch had grease fittings from some guy on ebay and that one reacently died. I am geting tryerd of replaceing starters on this quad. Does any buddy know any tricks to provent the starters from going bad?
