Default tire preasure?

Dealer says 5psi. Side wall on the Carlise XTRa says "do not exceed 36psi". At 5 lbs the side walls role and the steering is heavy. At 8lbs the steering is lighter and it seem more balanced in the corners. How much pressure are you guys running?

36psi???? That is probably just a mounting pressure. I run 6.5 in my swamplites. Ive heard of people running as high as 9 0r even 10. I would just find a pressure between 4 and 7 that you like the feel of, and go with it. I had to experiment a little to find the right roll, traction preference, ect......

I run 6-7 psi. I used to run 25 psi in my honda when I first started trail riding. No traction. Felt like I was on ice when it was a little slick.
