Default 96 trailblazer brakes

Hey my 96 trailblazer brakes have something wrong and I have no idea how to fix it. My front right brake is always stuck on a bit so when im riding its always pulling to one side. The front brakes are hydraulic discs and there seems to be no adjustment on them. The only thing i can see on them is a bleed valve. The rest of my brakes (front left and rear) all work great, it is just this on that is causing problems. How do I fix? Thanks

there is no adjustment for disk brakes. i think you'll find you have a cyinder stuck out not letting it return in when you release the brake. if you take off your wheel and then pull your brake handle and watch to see if the calipers sqeeze and release all the way. most likely you have problem w/in the caliper it self. either rusted/corrored. they do have rebuild kits or mabybe check it and if real bad just get a new/used one.

Hey thanks. Would I be able to take the caliper apart and grease something up inside of it to possibly fix this? Thanks again

I would not recomend doing that if it is really rusted bad or corroded it will only give you more problems in the future. Just invest in a new one or used one.

By the looks of the outside of the caliper and where the pads are I do not see any rust or corrosion. So I dont woant to go buy a new one if I can save the old one.

Try bleeding the brakes maybe you have air in that line and its making it stick.

air in them wont make the caliper stick. if it is sticking you'll have to do what i said and take it apart. beware if you do take the caliper off the brake disk and then pump the brakes then the piston will push all the way out.
