I have, but on the older models........I assume its still the same........just look for a little "square headed" plug.....I think/thought it was on the foot brake side.......near the bottom of the case, obviously.

Thanks Bradracer18 ill check closer today. I looked at an exploded view of the gearcase and did not see anything that looked like a drain plug.

After you figure out how to drain it, fill it up with Castrol Syntec 5w50 or any good name brand synthetic motor oil.

It is better than the Polaris chain case stuff.

Thanks stendori , i found that out today. I was slightly confused about that being the drain plug because the plug actually holds the stabilizer bolt. I appreciate your time to look that up.

cornbread2, Ill get that the next time. Iwas told before to use 0-40 which i couldnt find so i just went and got the polaris stuff. Who doesnt love paying $13 for a quart of oil anyways?
