Any twin row bearing carrier users out here? Question about axle spacer.
#1
Hey guys I am installing my Rad twin row bearing carrier in my 500 scrambler and I am having some problems. I can't seam to seat the axle spacer in the left side of the carrier. Am I doing something wrong? Did yall use your spacer with the twin row carriers? Any picture's to austinmontanio@sbcglobal.net PLEASE would be awesome.
I bought this scrambler with a bad Carrier and bought all NEW parts to install a new carrier correctly. So I have a New Twin row bearing carrier axle spacer claiper bushing two O-rings. ANd yes I have the MANUAL and I am following it to a T, but the Rotor will not line up with the caliper as the Axle spacer is no seated in the carrier enough.
Anybody?

I just order a NEW rad Carrier with bearings installed and it is supposed to install just like OEM carrier. I can't seam to seat the spacer past the seal. Should the spacer push up against the bearing? And ofcoarse the O-ring in between? I bought a brand new axle spacer. OEM Polaris part.
