mixed gas wouldnt have any thing to do w/ how it performs. maybe the carb the main jet is partily plugged. need more details on what its actually doing. systoms of what its acting like.

basiacally you push the throttle down and it goes real slow like less tehn half throttle and it get a weird noise comin from it like its missin or something, its very hard explain, like it sorta chugs, like if a car is runnin on half its cylinders

You know. Almost sounds like it's doing the limiter thing liek it does in REVERSE where you need to hold the override to get FULL POWER...
What if, for some reason the switch for reverse is stuck/worn and engaging that limiter even in forward?
Try holding the OVER RIDE button on the left handlbar and see if that gives it full power.

It's a safety device in the throttle. If it comes out of adjustment, it tries to kill the motor in case of a wide open stuck throttle. Pop off the top cover by the thumb throttle and you will see some contacts. I can't remember which way, but adjust the cable so that the contacts are open(or closed) when you accelerate.
