I am looking for a place on the net that has some info on what the plug should look like after a top end run and also a 1/2 throttle run. I have seen a person on here that had this info on there web site but I can not find it again. I need pictures to help me decide if it is lean or not.

This site might help you a little bit. Got to his Tech Tips section. There you will find a page for spark plugs. On the spark plug page, hold your cursor over the spark plug pictures to see what each picture is.
