ATV-related discussion? I think so; Clinton-Gore have unilaterally closed public lands to public access, particular to ATVers; further, Gore has publicly stated he wants to ban ALL internal-combustion engines (yes, Elmo, that's what powers your ATV).

YES, Bush "won" for the fourth time; and NO, it's not over.

Four wins:

1) Election.

2) Mandatory recount.

3) Manual recount by FL Supreme Court order.

4) US Supreme Court VACATES FL Supreme Court order.

Why isn't it over? Because, to the Goreistas, it doesn't matter how many times Bush wins; the Goreistas want to jack the system around until they can get Gore to win ONCE. Then, the Goreistas will cry, long and loud, "It's all over!"
