I just got a really low mileage 500 sportsman HO and would like to add more power, air& intake and exhaust any suggestions on parts and venders? Any and all info would be helpful. Thanx [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Put a Pure Polaris White Bros pipe on, do not add disks

K&N filter

Dalton or Heelclicker clutch kit

Pull your clutch cover off, remove the spider tower on the primary clutch.

Then be VERY careful with a screw driver and a hammer and remove the plastic spider nut. Use a belt/disk sander or regular sand paper on a flat surface and take no more than 3/8" of an inch off.

Reinstall and now you've got 3-6 MPH more top end speed.

Now go and hunt some Grizz 660's
