2002 700 Won't Start

2002 700 Won't Start
My buddy's 2002 700 sportsman has no power going to anything when you turn the key. The lights and pod will not turn on and it will not turn over. The Battery has lots of juice (it's new 12.9V). Any Ideas where to start with this problem?
