Default Polaris (made in USA)

Polaris ATV's are built in the USA right? Do they use USA parts or is it a japanese co. but made in USA?

they use some fugi parts (engines) so they have both i'ld say.

i have worked on several polaris's mini quads they have minarelli engines on them most of the parts are foreign but they seem to be well built

They have a mix of part made in usa an some made out of the states. They are built in usa.

US company, utilizing Fuji engines in the bigger quads but all the minis, to my understanding, including the Phoenix 200 are contracted by another company. The 330 Trailboss uses a Fuji engine, so I think everything below is contracted and everything above is Fuji. But for the most part they're manufactured in the United States. <As for individual parts, I have no idea other than what I've stated.>

- An exception to the rule is going to be the 525 Outlaw which utilizes the 510 KTM engine, so it would be Austrian in origin? Atleast, that's what I'm assuming. I could be wrong. ^-^

also i'm fairly certain that all the liberty motors are american-assembled, (that is all the 600,700, and 800 twins.) as well as the engine in the FST which is their turbo-charged 4-stroke snomobile

Rear wheel bearings-----Russia. Thats what it said on the old bearing that I took out.

i beleave its made by polaris, not 100% sure though.

the pheniox 200 and lower are made in tiawan the 300 thru 500 motors are made by fuji and 600 thru 800 motors are made by Polaris and the Hawkeye and bigger machines are made in the USA
