I have a 2000 Magnum 325 2x4 that I just bought used, and recently the High Temp Indicator light has been coming on a lot. The prevoius owner had used it very little and told me he never had any recalls service bulletins etc installed. I talked to one dealer who wasn't very helpful at all at suggesting things to check out. I specifically asked the dealer about the thermistor on the oil cooler and he said Polaris changed the coolers, the lines, and depending upon the exact production date, I maybe can't buy just the termistor, I'd need to buy cooler, lines, etc.

The light comes on even when the engine is cool, but I can get it to go out if I run the machine over 15 mph. Any ideas, any known problems that might help me. Perhaps another dealers opinion?
