Default clutch or tranny problem?

I have a 2000 325 magnum 4*4. Had since new. Just put new engine in it and was driving it when the belt broke. Going fast down the road when it happened.
I baught a new belt and was driving it when it would seem that the quad would jump forward at times ( good pick up) and then it wouldn't .
Then it would not reach top end in speed.
I bought a ne clutch spring , bushings, buttons, bearings etc. ( needed it).
After all that work it seemed that the clutch was in new shape but i am still experienceing the speed problem.
the Quad revs up fine.Just no speed. Tried bioth High and Low same thing just high revs but low speed.
It seems to have power off the start and in reverse just no speed.
coulod this be a tranny problem?
any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the button ramps or secondary spring is broken.Yes it is the driven clutch.

I would go with the 2-2 for the best backshift.
