Good day all Polaris riders,

I own a 2002 sportsman 500 and the winch recently packed it in. In the local paper, there is a winch for sale that is advertised as fitting on a Gen VI Polaris. Will this winch just bolt on to my machine? If not, can a bracket be fabricated to make it fit?

If you already have a winch in there, if its the same brand you could bolt it right up.

 

if it a warn winch then its the same no matter what gen it is. its the mounting bracket thats differnt on the models but they bolt to the bracket w/ the same bolt patten
