Ya i don't understand why there is such a negitave outlook on the scrambler. Whats there not to like you get to keep a somewhat sport bike feel, while still retaining 4x4. Mine only has a s^%$ house DG exhaust so I will be getting a dynoport in a few weeks. I live 10 minutes from dynoport so I figured i would go with them. I love this quad and is by far the best machine I have ever owned as far as its capabilities are concerned. 4x4 is just somthing I have been obsessed with since I was a little kid. I guess im just amazed by it and love to see those front wheels kick in and tear some shiuuuut up. I have never had the pleasure of riding the 500 scrammy but I love the 2 stroke motor plenty of power for me, lol im 21 but I only weigh like 145 150. I wish I could find sometype of plastic waterproof case for my digital camera and mount it on my handlbars, I just picked up a 4gb memory stick for it, here I come long *** videos lol. Only thing I can say I hate about my scrammy right now is the exhaust, its a peice of s&*^ DG and I don't like it at all its just to loud for me. I realy wanna find somthing that is a bit quieter, not to mention a company that actualy knows what bends to use for the 400 popo's.

go for the dynoport pipe if you you wouln't want to mess with clutching, but quieter is not you'll have for result, and this a based fact, gain is from 7 to 9 hp gains, stock level rpm revving pipe.you'll love that one over the dg,absolute night and day differences...

Allright well me and the wife went for a ride again today. The outlet looked a bit deeper so I had her stay back take a few pics and a small video. Once we both got accrosed we went for a good hour ride and then decided to call it a day to go home and relax a bit. We started to take the road back home got about a 1/4 the way home and boom the quad just dies. Im like hmmmmm either the plug is shot or the motor just bit the dust. Walked back to our truck picked the quad up got a new plug and no fire. Pulled out my compression test kit, and was get a whopping 35-40 psi for compression looks like the top end needs some service. Called the chevrolet dealer up that i baught it from and they are fixing it again. They just droped 1500 for a brand new transmission on it and now they have to have the head rebuilt. Atleast its not coming from my pocket I guess, but it still sucks. The oil was filled to the top with the 2 stroke good stuff from polaris. Hopfully it will be fixed and good as new, but I have to break it in....

Had fun while it lasted though i thought it was running strong all through the trails then just cruising down the nice paved road and it was all over..
