Good price. Word of advice from someone who had LOTS problems w/ the pred motor: It's a great motor and very reliable if you keep its valves in check. Check them often and figure out about how many hours you cna go without and adjustment. This is entirely dependent on the rider, but my friends and I play race and are Extremely competative amongst ourselves so for me about every 2 months they needed done. Unfortunately i didn't know this and it cost me 2 cylinder heads. (coverred under warranty) and NO, i'm not an idiot, i NEVER held it on the rev limiter. If it touched it (which i'll admit happenned occasionally) i chopped the gas and shifted. The valve adjustment procedure is pretty straight forward if you buy the service manual. Good luck those things fly!

dude your getting it for 1200 cheaper than msrp for 06 and your getting it 900 cheaper than the regular one and 700 cheaper than the 07, but if you get the 07 you'll be paying $700 for a 10lb weight loss

Well, I bought it today. I drove straight to the nearest riverbed to break it in. Wow!!! This thing has some agression! I'm going to have to learn to respect this quad some way before I open 'er up and get too comfortable.

I appreciate the info. I will make a note of it and make it part of my routine maintenance.

Yep, take it easy with it until you "know it". You will hurt yourself on it if you don't respect it's power. I love when people say you can hurt yourself on any quad, pfffffttt they only say that because they don't have any idea how FAST something like a Predator can hurt you. One second everything is great, a split second later you're on your *** wondering what just happened.
