Tried new plug,still no spark. J ust died like someone turned off the key. Is there a fuse somewhere. thanks

 

Going from memory, under the nose plastic there should be a fuse that is kind of a black plastic bag lookin thing. Bad description I know, but that's kinda what it looks like. Should be a 20 amp circuit breaker.

 

start tracing power from the battery up and see where there power or not to rule out diifernt things.

 

Breaker was under seat, checks ok.Any other ideas anybody?
Ignition switch has three positions. One is off, one is run.What is the other?
Quad was in reverse when it quit. Turns over fine, just no spark.

 

Will it start if you use the pull start?

 

Have you looked at the run/stop switch on the handle bars?

 

No on the pull start.

 

I had gotten our 03 back from the shop a couple of weeks ago. Started fine at the dealer, but when I got home, it was like the battery was completely dead. Took a meter to the battery and it was fine. First thought was, what the heck did they do to it. But I took the nose plastic off and started to mess with some of the wires. Got a phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. Came back, couldn't remember what I had done, but decided to try it anyway. Started right up. Ran fine since. Go figure.
