I just got the 325 boss back from the dealer this morning after they installed the new oil lines. The new lines are a definite improvement over the old system. I just want to know what brilliant mind at Polaris thought you could use those crappy little clamps on a high pressure oil fitting. Probably the same one that designed the plastic steering stem bushing!!!! Anyway, If you own a 325 with the old style oil lines, I strongly suggest you contact your dealer and get the new style installed on Polaris's dollar.

PS Thanks to ChopperBill for bringing this to our attention. I would grow old waiting for my dealer to call me about this.

I thought that tip was mine? Anyway, my buddy is on his third 325 T'Boss engine. Seemed the original blew up because of the oil line, so they put a new motor in it, along with the upgrade kit. Well, that lasted about 1/2 an hour, and boom. Same thing. He's on his third motor now, I don't know what they did to the lines this time. Anyway, just cause you guys got the upgrade kit on, keep your eyes on it.
