Default wife rolled hawk

Remember to wear your helmets!!! My wife rolled her hawkeye after hitting a stump at around 30ish. The thing did a couple of flips and landed on her....she was wearing her helmet and for the most part she is ok....lots of bruises and dr. said possible briused kidney. Just thought I would put a post out there to remind everyone what can happen with these things...even with experienced riders....ohh btw way...after it rolled....and some of the plastic breaking here and there.....things still runs like a champ!!!

Most importantly, glad to hear the wife was not seriously injured.

I cringe when I hear about wrecks, glad she is recovering. That happens to all of us from time to time. Send her my words of encouragement!

Mine has twice. First time really messed up her wrist. Doctor said the xray looked like someone to a mallet and just smashed it. Fortunate that all it was, but I'm still paying the bills on that. Second time, just bruised and embarrassed. Each time, someone will tell her she should quit riding. She enjoys it too much. She has learned from each accident, and that is an important thing.

Thanks guys for the good words. She is doing a lot better today. She has some nice bruises which we can laugh about now but still a scary scary thing to see unfold in front of you....I kid her and tell her that we are going to put those long sway bars on the sides of the bike now like how they do when they test suvs for rollovers....she doesnt find it funny I will try to post some pics of the atv before and after I fix her......ugh
