I found a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 600 Twin 4x4 for $4800 online and it only has 38 hours on it. My concern is that it's 3 years old already. Any feedback on how the 2003 Polaris' has held up? Is there a lot of maintenance needed on Polaris ATV? I heard a guy last weekend that Polaris need a lot of lubing each month...thoughts? Also, is this a good price? Any feedback is appreciated.

 

I have a 03 700 and it has held up Great. As you can see in my sig I have alot of mods and I ride hard and this thing has took everything I've dished out. As far a lubing every month thats just preventive maintenance as with any machine.

 

i beleave the only reason they stopped making the 600 is becuase the 500efi is almost as powerful. the greaseing is like sportsman said it all depends on where ride(mud,water) as how often you want to grease it.
