Never heard of any lock up issues with Polaris ... maybe you are thinking honda's trans failure issue?

What exactly did your AWD do to lock up and cause an accident? Did it happen while you were driving at high speeds and one wheel lock up and cause you to pull to one direction?

Purpose? Accident? Doesn't rider have responsiblity? More info?

Bill35-
Nice pics! Out to Fingers Lake last month. Ever go down to Chadwick in SW MO? I live in O'fallon, anywhere around here close to ride? Make wheel spacers yourself? Nice! What size tires with those?

guy raced me with a 800 in 4wd said he couldnt turn, hit a tree so hard he pushed the front dif back and bent the driveshaft. Said he couldnt turn because it was in 4wd, we asked why didnt you get go of the go button or hit the brakes? no answer to that. This guy hit the tree so hard he slid forward his thighs hit the handlebars then his feet went over his head and he flipped over the bars! I told him hell you won you dont have to show off and do a head stand!

We then informed him that for the 4wd to be ingaged you would still have to push on the throttle hard enough for the wheels to spin for the 400 yards he went B4 he hit the tree! It was his first atv and had no business on such a powerfull machine. If he hanvt gone off the road he would have hit a group of 10 men women and childeren, the carnage would have been everywhere.

So his Awd my have been engaged, however i believe it was a retard with daddies money gettin in over his head.
