Hey guys, I was woundering what you all tought of the Polaris Predator 500 2006?? Any issues?
Reliabilty?? Power??

absolutly love it. great power. no probs so far cept with the stuff that was modded. filter and a pipe are a must

 

I have an 06 Predator. I really like it. Power is great, lots of torque. Because of the torque, it is really easy to lose the rear end... it loves to slide. Fun for power slides, but sometimes it breaks away too easy.

One negative is the design makes you slide foward on the seat really easy. Other negative, parts are a bit harder to come by and seem pricey. And... finally, it is heavy compared to the others.

All that said, I really like it. A lot of bang for the buck. I paid 5400 out the door about 6 months ago. I bet you can get a new 06 a lot cheaper now.

 

i love mine, the only thing i would trade it for would be a Polaris Outlaw 525
