Thanks for the advise. The guy said that it just had a full tune up and everything topped off, but I will still give that a check for sure.

Are you sure its a 400cc or even a Trailblazer? In 96 Polaris had a 400 sport or a 250 trailblazer. You better make sure its a 400cc. If its 400cc it will have liquid cooling and its a sport. If its a 250 its air cooled and its a Trailblazer.

There should be some decals on the right side of the quad as if you're sitting on it.
I think there's one on the transmission and one to the right of the cover with the pull cord.
I think on mine it has 98########.Mine is a 98.
I think it's either the first 2 numbers.May be the last numbers.
My wife's trailblazer 250 also has these small decals.

A 400 will always be liquid cooled. It will have to have a radiator.

It might be a different year then. There are decals on it that say both Trailblazer and 400. The guy told me it was a Trailblazer 250 400CC.

There's no such thing.It's either a 400 or a 250.
Just trying to make sure you don't get misinformed.
The 250 will not have a radiator.
I was told mine was a 99 but it's a 98.
Was no big deal to me though.

If he sells it as a 250 and it turns out to be a 400, then you're getting a good deal. (providing nothing is wrong with it)

The year really does not matter to me at all, the 400CCs do. Where would I look to find the radiator. Sorry for the stupid question!

It'll be right in front of the motor. Between the bumper and the motor.

1500 for a 400 is a very good price.

But, they stopped making them in 2003.

NADA pricing for a 2006 250 is 2885.00 in my zip code.

Pricing for a 2003 400 is 2625.00 for the same zip.

I checked mine and on the 2 stickers I told ya about check them for a serial number.
The first two digits on both will be the year model.
On my wife's 250 it has "00" therefore it's a 2000 model and mine says 98.

The radiator will be under the front hood, but you will be able to see it where
Scootergptx said to look.
