Thank god that mess is done with. Unfortunately no group can claim that they are the ones that made the difference, not off-road enthusiasts or the NRA. I believe that nation wide the average voter turn out was around 50%. Guess who is the ones not voting? I say it is the average white man living in rural america with his head in the sand (or dirt if you prefer). I guarantee you that all the ***s & lesbians are voting, so are all the sierra club members and green peace people, and so are all the city folks. I am ashamed to say that my state went to Gore (PA) but it was because the cities overruled the rest of the state. Philadelphia trumped us with Pittsburgh's help. The people we most likely have to encourage to vote are our riding buddies and our families and friends. I personally know of about 6 people who did not vote yet enjoy the great outdoors by either hunting or ATVing. I tried to get them registered but to no avail. I will try harder next time.

Lastly, I can't stand it that everyone easily lets Clinton take all the credit for our prosperity in the last 8 years. There is a lot more than just one man that effects our economy.

Now I am so fired up I'll probably go wear my Bush/Cheney t-shirt that I bought.

You are right on about the economy. Clinton/Gore did not create the booming economy over the last 8 years, the Federal Reserve and its tight economic policy that has been established over the last 20 years should be given credit. I have been reading in the Wall Street Journal that the economy is slowing due to higher energy prices. The same higher energy prices Clinton/Gore refuse to try to combat with a good national energy plan. If you know anything about the economy, high energy prices are a major factor in the growth of the economy. High energy prices inhibit growth. The Federal Reserve is planning on stepping in soon to lower interest rates to counteract the higher energy prices to keep the economy rolling along. I guess Clinton will take credit for that also.

We have only 36 days left in captivity from the liberal reign. Now if Toledo could only get rid of its liberal clown of a mayor, things would definetly be better.
