Default tire and rim question

I found a set of badland xtr tires for an extremely cheap price. They are new and are only $25 each. They are going on a 1999 sportsman 500. They are a 25*11*12 and our tire size is 25*11*10. I was wondering where to find new rims to fit the tires for a reasonable price? and if they make a rim to fit thes tires that would work on the polaris? The badlands were taken off a Arctic Cat 500 that the guy decided to upgrade right after he purchased the Quad. Could someone please chime in on rim sizes and how they work so we can make these tires work. Any info would be appreciated.
