Wanted scrambler trans 4x4

I need a trans for a 2000 scrambler 500 4x4.
Will a trans out of any other atv work? What years and or models would work?Any leads would be very helpful.

Wanted scrambler trans 4x4

The ebay trans I purchased arrived today. The morons didnt package it properly for shipping and now I have 2 transmission with broken cases!
There is nothing on ebay now.
Anyone know anywhere else I can look for a used trans?
