I am currently running a 12" glass pack on my Sportsman 500, but it is really to loud, but was the cheapest way to get the results frome the jet kit I wanted. Does anybody have any suggestion on a good pipe for a Sportsman 500?
I want one that is louder then stock, but not as loud as the glass pack I am running right know.

The muffler that HPD uses in their 500 Scrambler is a Dynomax 17783 6 inch round muffler which has 2 inch openings. It is not too loud but is quite a bit louder than stock. All of the specs are available on dynomax.com.

I've got the AAEN megaphone muffler on my 2000 SP 500, paid like $129.00 about 8 months ago, and I really can't tell if their is any performance increase, but it does have a nice 4 stroke rap to it, especially with the EBS as you decelerate.
