Polaris Xplorer 300 Chain
I am having a problem tightening the front chains on my 1998 Explorer 300. When I adjust the chain tentioner just ahead of the motor the front chain tightens but the chain from the transmition loosen. I just cant find a happy medium to get them tight. Is there a front axle chain tensioner or what. Please help before I break something.

The one in front of the motor is for the middle chain only, first tighten that one, then go to the front and look underneath, you will find a nut (5/8 socket will fit it) loosen that one then adjust your front chain. And when you do the rear chain you will want to collapse the rear suspension all the way to properly get your chain tension, hope this helps and happy riding.
