KEROSENE

Default KEROSENE

can i use KEROSENE to flush my ft dff .. i want to clean the diff and put new fluid in hopefuly get rid of the awd all the time... i am board and the garage is warming up... thansk guys

As long as it doesn't wreck the seals I wouldn't seen any probs with it.

yea dont leave it in for long because ive been told that keroses does eat seals.

so what else can i use,, i do not have any mineral sprites .. i have a case of brake cleaner( spray cans) ... the correct way to do this is to get it warm, pull both plugs and drain the flush from the top right???

yeah ive used brake cleaner, but i just sprayed it in, or you could use some of the fluid you are replacing it with and change it twice.
