Default 1991 Trailboss 350 Question

Hello everyone. I just got a 1991 Trailboss 350L 2wd. But when I got it home all I get is a single click when I hit the electric starter button. It doesn't even try to turn over. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong. Last night I started to pull all the fenders off so I can get them Camoed at a business I know that does that and have not had time to check the wiring to see if all the connections are good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance!

stupid question, but did you make sure the battery's fully charged. if so start tracing back form there and make sure the connections are tight and not all corroded. check to see if the powers going thru the solnoide when you hit the button. just a couple of idears.

It has a brand new battery. And I can pull start it (usually 1-3 pulls) and I 'm ready to roll. Do you think the solenoid would go out before the starter? Or would the starter go first? Thanx.
