I just found out, FTR is going to release a tranny that weights 50lbs less for the Scrambler but it doesn't have reverse. They are also comming out w/ a lightweight frame, motor drops out the bottom for easy access for 4wd & 2wd w/ dual A-arms. I gotta see it for the 4wd version. They are also comming out w/ a light weight strut version for dragsters or people who dont want to spend as much. One bad point is that it didn't sound like their chromoly A-arm & steering stems saved as much weight as the Hot Seats products did though, so I'd go w/ Hot Seat for those items, since Hot Seat would save another 8.5lb weight reduction from what Hot Seat said. How does FTR pipes stack up agenst HPD, any experience?
