i'm putting in a cv boot for my rear axle on my 02 sportsman 500..does anyone know if i can take apart the upper cv joint to put it on or can i only get it on by taking off the lower cvjoint and sliding it on that way?

 

your better off to take the whole thing off. easier that way. just my .02
