h/c disappointment

Default h/c disappointment

What are the actual weights of the stock and h/c weights. And what is the data on the spring compared to the stock one. Doc I think your a little heavy on the weights.

well right now its all in pieces because i pulled the front spacers out to modify them so testing is at a stand still for away.

put all back to stock and went testing and theres not a heck alot of differnce between the stock set up and the h/c w/ their set up.

Would you concider trying a Dalton Industries clutch kit if I sent one to you at no cost for testing ?

Where do I sign up for a deal like this????? LOL Rick my stock clutching SUCKS I think I might take the bike back to the dealer and get out of the sport!! LOL

What do you recomend for the 07 500 with the Team roller secondary???

Rick -

I am in research mode here and Stendori
(kudos to him) is being the guinnea pig.
How are those Dalton clutch kits compared
to these H/C? Anyone test them on lower
end Sportsmans models? (aka 450 like mine)

hey rick, i have heard from some that the dalton works better in the 800's but haded done much reserch on them. are they as tunable? shoot me a pm if you like.i'll try to get bacl to ya this after noon. thanks

Stendori, According to Cob, the best setup for the 4.5, 4.5, 4.5 in the 800 is with the stock tires. With the bigger tires on the machine, it changes the clutch's setup thus making it act different.
