Default SPORTSMENS 500X2 NEED HELP

I have a 07 sportsmens x2 with about 250miles on it. Around 100 miles I was riding down a dirt road and it felt like the rear brakes were locking up. I got off and rolled it back and forth a couple of times and it cured the problem. The problems is this has been on ongoing problems that comes and goes for the next 200 miles. When the problem occcures top end is around 45mph. When there is no problems 55 top end. I have had it to the shop twice they can't find a problem. They also have riden it, of course the poblems does not happen when they ride it. When you let off the gas it stops so quickly you almost go over the handle bars. Anyone else had this problem any help would be appreciated.
